Job Description

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing complaints and inquiries.
Drive and exceed sales targets by monitoring staff service levels.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
Train and develop staff by assisting with new employee induction.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory or Team Leader experience in a fast-paced Retail/Customer Facing environment.
Passionate about retail and hold a good understanding of the latest trends.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
