Join our team as an HR Business Partner to support a large technical engineering population in London. Work closely with senior stakeholders on HR issues, change management, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on HR issues
Support change management initiatives
Assist with restructuring and organisational development strategies
Coach and upskill management teams
Foster relationships with key client groups

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
Strong employee relations skills
Experience in fast-paced and commercial environments
Ability to coach and advise management effectively
