Job Description

Join our team as a freelance assistant/junior buyer working on a range of gifts, homeware, and stationery for a cultural and creative organisation in central London. This is a temporary role for 3 months.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver seasonal and campaign-based product ranges
Manage full product lifecycle from concept to delivery
Collaborate with internal teams for product alignment
Support packaging development and ensure accuracy
Maintain product trackers, timelines, and costings
Research trends and contribute to sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

Prior experience in buying/product development
Strong knowledge of sourcing and production processes
Confident managing timelines and multiple product categories
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong eye for product and attention to detail
Commercially minded with creativity
Proficient in Microsoft Office
