Job Description

Join AXA Health's Customer Experience, Marketing, and Operations team as a Communications Developer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Develop innovative communication solutions and transform audience engagement.

Responsibilities

Communication development including configuration, creation, testing, and analysis.
Complete analysis work on new and existing document sets.
Implement robust test process and technical documentation.
Assist with the management and timely resolution of service requests.
Work on designated projects as an expert, representing the team.
Follow compliance and security processes for development work.
Nurture cross-supplier, departmental, and company relationships for effective delivery.
Mitigate delivery risk and undertake document configuration.

Qualifications

Experience in technical development of customer communications.
Significant experience in business process, QA, and working in an agile environment.
Experience in campaign, product launch, and marketing communications.
Ability to understand complex business requirements and recommend solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Developer experience in Financial Services, Health, and Wellbeing activities.
