Dynamic and growing accountancy firm seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Private Client Team in Rugby on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
Accurately produce letters, documents, meeting notes, and tax packs using appropriate software.
Identify non-chargeable activities that can be delegated and provide administrative support.
Liaise with HMRC for tax return submissions and assist with debtor and WIP management.
Create and monitor internal client management systems.
Attend firm-wide administration meetings as required.
Qualifications
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written communication.
Proactive in professional development and firm awareness.
Effective time management and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
