Exciting opportunity for a Customer Development Manager to join a successful consumer products business in the Midlands area. The role involves developing accounts and winning shelf space for various products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accounts such as Argos and Discounter channels
Maximize return on investment and grow sales through customer development
Collaborate with NPD function to provide bespoke products for customers

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer development or NAM role
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the consumer goods industry
