Job Description

Shooters Hill Golf Club is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the food and beverage operations at our premier members golf club in South East London. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role, be customer-focused, and have a strong understanding of profit margins and cost controls.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and train the team
Manage stock levels and suppliers
Handle function enquiries and organize club events
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health & safety regulations

Qualifications

At least 1 year of food and beverage supervisory experience
Relevant industry qualifications or designated premises supervisor
Financial acumen and use of EPOS technology
