Job Description

Hackney Education is seeking a dedicated Children and Family Hub Implementation Lead to oversee the mobilization of programs, develop and deliver new projects, and ensure the success of the Family Hub Model Framework.

Responsibilities

Work directly with senior officers for relationship and stakeholder management
Lead allocated project work to ensure high quality and responsiveness to local needs
Contribute to the efficient operation of Children & Family Hubs program and projects
Facilitate meetings, briefings, and workshops as required
Produce research, data analysis, and briefing documents

Qualifications

Significant experience in delivering against the Family Hubs agenda
Experience in project planning, engagement, and service delivery
Ability to interpret, analyze, and organize complex information
PRINCE2, AGILE, or other project management qualifications advantageous
