Exciting opportunity for an Operational Team Lead to join our dynamic Urgent Care Team at Medvivo Group.

Responsibilities

Supporting and supervising all members of the Urgent Care team
Guiding and advising health and social care professionals
Liaising with allied health and social care agencies
Supervising Medvivo operational teams
Coordinating resources available on shift

Qualifications

Ability to work autonomously
Remain calm and focused under pressure
Good working knowledge of Medvivo policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills
