illycaff is an Italian family business known for offering high-quality coffee. We are seeking a passionate Barista to provide excellent customer service and serve our unique coffee blends.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on brand, product, and drinks menu
Make recommendations based on customer preferences
Up-sell special items and take orders
Operate cash registers and prepare food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and stock of bar area
Comply with health and safety regulations
Communicate customer feedback to managers

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
Hands-on experience with coffee machines
Basic knowledge of sanitation practices
Flexibility to work various shifts
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills
Right to legally work in the UK
