Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries over the phone and email in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate agreement records in the administration system.

Build knowledge of leasing products and services.

Provide support on customer transactions.

Manage customer payments and refunds.

Qualifications

Customer service experience with excellent communication skills.

IT literate with attention to detail.

Previous admin experience in Financial Services is beneficial.
