Job Description

Join our team at Next Place Property Agents as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. We are seeking a motivated individual to work closely with landlords, tenants, and property management to facilitate the letting process smoothly.

Responsibilities

Create, arrange, and conduct property viewings
Report letting feedback to landlords and handle objections on potential applications
Manage and update applicant database
Liaise with tenants and landlords during tenant referencing process
Generate new business and provide forecast reporting
Undertake valuations and manage post-valuation process with landlord
Work with marketing team for property listings
Ensure properties are compliant before letting out
Run credit and employment checks
General office administration tasks
Support tenants during move-in process

Qualifications

2 years of experience in Lettings and Property Management
Experience in Estate Agency
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to work effectively in a team
Full UK driving license and own car
