Lead and support high-impact research projects at the intersection of AI safety, human-AI interaction, and XAI.
Design and conduct user-in-the-loop studies to explore human perceptions, trust, and interaction with AI systems.
PhD in a relevant area such as AI, human factors, or cognitive psychology.
Expertise in designing empirical studies around human-AI interaction.
Practical experience with XAI techniques.
