Job Description

Lead the early morning warehouse operation within our facility in Tamworth. Coordinate team efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth execution of procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage the performance of the team and reassign duties if needed.
Organize and motivate individuals to optimize team output.
Support other team leaders and work with management to improve processes.
Complete daily reports to identify opportunities.
Ensure services are delivered within deadlines.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Warehouse and managerial experience preferred.
Computer literate with knowledge of Excel.
Ability to motivate others and manage difficult situations.
Strong organization and time management skills.
