Job Description

APCOA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Contract Manager to lead our team in Southeast London. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, driving commercial growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and support a team to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with KPIs.
Drive commercial growth and attract new business to the contract.
Conduct regular contract reviews, negotiate terms, and build strong client relationships.
Oversee budget management and cost control while maintaining service excellence.
Address operational and compliance challenges to meet company and legal standards.
Manage staff scheduling and deployment to consistently meet performance targets.

Qualifications

Experience in operational, contract, and commercial management.
Proven track record in managing budgets and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex relationships.
Experience with rota management and workforce deployment.
