Job Description

Join the global LEGO team and be part of a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive culture of play. As a Retail Supervisor, you will assist in maintaining holiday schedules, supervising Sales Associates, handling orders, and achieving high merchandise presentation standards.

Responsibilities

Assist ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
Supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues
Complete orders for store and office supplies
Ensure money handling procedures are followed
Maintain a well-organised stockroom and achieve loss prevention targets
Assist in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail supervisory role
Knowledge of store operations and merchandising
Strong communication and leadership skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Passion for the LEGO brand and products
