Job Description

InterSystems is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our team and drive the enablement strategies for our healthcare solutions space. This role involves developing training materials, enhancing sales effectiveness, and collaborating with various teams to improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop structured sales enablement programmes for healthcare solutions
  • Create training materials and internal content to support sales approach
  • Design onboarding and continuous learning programmes for sales teams
  • Analyze sales pipeline data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to execute enablement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM analytics
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programmes for B2B sales teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
