Job Description

The client is a leading global insurance broker looking for an experienced Claims Executive to manage Financial Lines Claims with a strong focus on Professional Indemnity. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced claims professional to join a successful and technical team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage claims from start to settlement, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle complex and high-value claims and escalate when necessary.
  • Analyse policy wordings and provide guidance on coverage issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims activity.
  • Proficient in using a number of London Market systems including ECF and CLASS.

Qualifications

  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience in handling Professional Indemnity claims.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in dealing with claims from start to settlement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handling associated risks including FI, Cyber, and D&O is desirable.
