Capita Pensions Solutions is seeking a Pension Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves processing various pension-related tasks with attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Processing Change of Address, Name, Gone Aways, Outstanding premium letters, and more.
  • Answering member queries across multiple channels.
  • Identifying and reporting risks, complaints, and breaches.

Qualifications

  • Pension administration experience, particularly with DB pension schemes.
  • Excellent numeracy and data inputting skills.
  • Strong communication and team working skills.
