Job Description
The Community Engagement Manager will develop relationships with the local community to support prisoners during and post-release.
Responsibilities
Manage communications between the establishment and the local community
Develop strategies to engage with outside industry
Ensure partnership opportunities for prisoners are in place
Monitor prisoner placements for compliance
Coordinate visits by partner organizations and more
Qualifications
Experience in community engagement
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of local industry and funding streams
