Lead development and delivery of the Employee Listening Strategy and culture and engagement initiatives to deliver an impactful employee experience and drive our strategy.
Lead the development and delivery of our Employee Listening Strategy. Develop narrative and insights aligned to our transformation and business strategy that measures progress and informs actions.
Strong leadership, collaboration and team work skills. Knowledge of and experience leading on employee listening, employee engagement and behavioural development through people processes.
