Responsibilities

Health & Safety Management: Ensure strict adherence to protocols, report incidents/accidents.
GMP & HMP Standards: Ensure compliance with manufacturing practices.
Effective Shift Handover: Oversee seamless shift handovers.
Team Performance & Development: Manage team performance and lead process improvements.
Staffing & Scheduling: Plan appropriate staffing levels.
Training & Succession Planning: Identify training needs and create succession plans.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and legislation.
Experience with GMP and HMP.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
