Job Description

Zen Educate is seeking part-time Classroom Aides/Assistants to support licensed teachers in K-12 classrooms. Flexible role with competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and individualized education plans (IEPs).
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs.
Maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.
Provide timely support to students in crisis situations.
Tailor support to each student's needs.

Qualifications

Education: 60 college credits or higher, or equivalent.
Language & Authorization: Professional proficiency in English, U.S. Work Authorization.
Experience: At least 1-year working with children in a structured setting.
