Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies and plans
  • Oversee the HR system and enhance employee engagement
  • Create 'people plans' and align on recruitment needs
  • Develop training and development plans
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievances
  • Manage Group Payroll and compensation schemes
  • Handle HR-related internal communications

Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified
  • Knowledge of statutory and legislative HR requirements
  • Experience with HR software packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks
