Responsibilities

Design and implement HR strategies and plans
Oversee the HR system and enhance employee engagement
Create 'people plans' and align on recruitment needs
Develop training and development plans
Handle disciplinary actions and grievances
Manage Group Payroll and compensation schemes
Handle HR-related internal communications

Qualifications

CIPD qualified
Knowledge of statutory and legislative HR requirements
Experience with HR software packages
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks
