Job Description

Join Xelect as a Finance Manager to lead overall finance workstreams and act as a key business partner for the commercial and laboratory teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly reports with detailed financial analysis.
Develop annual budgets and forecasts.
Support business plan development and strategic pricing input.
Provide financial modeling and costing support.
Assist in new customer proposals and contract reviews.
Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure project management data aligns with financial systems.
Monitor company contracts and participate in grant applications.
Supervise cash flow forecasts and VAT returns preparation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Qualified accountant with ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA, or CIMA certifications.
5-7 years of finance/accounting experience.
Good understanding of business systems and accounting packages.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
