Job Description
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to join our Sales team as Sales Manager - MICE at The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa.
Responsibilities
Increase room nights and resort revenues from domestic and international markets
Develop targeted sales plan to achieve revenue goals
Proactively identify, research, and maintain new client relationships
Lead strategic process improvement initiatives
Attend industry events and shows to increase visibility
Update Sales CRM with all sales leads and actions
Qualifications
4+ years relevant sales experience in Scottish markets
Computer literacy, experience with SalesForce or equivalent
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
