Join us as a Night Porter at the Braid Hills Hotel in Edinburgh. Provide exceptional service to guests and ensure a positive experience throughout their stay. This role has the potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities

Provide reception & porterage service to guests arriving at night
Maximize service opportunities for guests
Cover the Reception desk and carry out all duties
Arrange transport for guests when required
Order newspapers for the hotel
Follow procedures for left luggage
Sell hotel facilities to guests
Have knowledge of local area and attractions
Ensure accurate guest account charges

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role in hotels

Exceptional guest service skills

Positive attitude and charisma

Ability to manage priorities effectively

Excellent communication skills
