Job Description

Join our team as an Account Manager in the PropTech industry, working remotely to manage and grow relationships with B2B clients. This role involves providing support, performance insights, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned B2B accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Conduct usage reviews and performance check-ins with clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs
  • Keep customer data and CRM systems accurate and up to date
  • Provide regular forecasting and revenue reporting
  • Feed insights back into product development and customer experience strategy

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a B2B software Account Management or Customer Success role
  • Experience in proptech or the property industry
  • Track record of growing accounts and driving client satisfaction
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Able to analyse data to draw out key client insights
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Background in finance, accounting and property is a real bonus
