Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the concession store at Westfield Stratford.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates.
Implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
Build strong relationships with Centre management.
Analyse sales data and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
