Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience in and around the store. You will assist customers with parking, trolleys, stock, deliveries, and payments while providing excellent service.

Assist customers with their needs in a friendly manner
Ensure stock is in the right place
Help with parking and trolleys
Process payments with a smile

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
High level of customer service skills
