Saviynt is seeking a Customer Success Manager fluent in French to manage customer loyalty and adoption. The role involves providing advisory, adoption recommendations, and driving customer success to ensure higher satisfaction and business expansion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Develop relationships up to C-level executives
Understand customer's identity and access governance landscape
Work with internal teams to align product development with customer needs
Develop account plan for each customer, monitor KPIs, and review for corrective actions
Identify utilization trends, provide recommendations, and plan education on new features
Assist with renewal pipeline and delivery projects
Collect feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement
Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) required
Fluent in English and French
Previous experience in customer success or SaaS organization
Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and IT landscape
Consulting and implementation experience in IT systems
Proactive, with strong communication and analytical skills
Experience in Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Planning, Analysing Information, Developing Standards, Service Excellence
