Job Description

Join our fantastic HR team as a HR & Talent Administrator. Provide administrative support to the Talent & Development Team, HR Director, and assist in various HR projects and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistant support to the HR Director including diary management, expense claim administration, and preparation of presentations.

• Support overall HR team with tasks such as scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and maintaining organization charts.

• Manage talent acquisition processes including recruitment tracking, psychometric assessments, and recruitment budget management.

Qualifications

• Ideally studying towards an HR qualification, preferably CIPD.

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment with strong administrative skills.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR/recruitment systems.
