Responsibilities

Provide hands-on coverage of core operations for the crypto desk
Assist with middle office tasks, trader support, and risk management
Oversee and train 1-2 junior staff members
Collaborate with the trading team on new tools and infrastructure

Qualifications

5-10 years of operations/trade support experience
Focus on crypto/digital assets preferred
Strong academic background
