Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Deputy Branch Manager at Manchester Trinity Way branch. Develop leadership and strategic management skills by supporting the Branch Manager with all aspects of branch leadership.
People management, leadership, development, engagement and wellbeing of a team of Account Managers and Account Manager Supports. Act as an ambassador of the Bank; identifying, meeting and winning prospective new customers/introducers.
Proven leadership experience, understanding of people management skills, ability to coach and develop employees, innovative approach to building the Branch for the future.
