Exciting opportunity to lead on programming and partnerships within the Formby and Central Lancashire Portfolio.
Lead in developing and implementing Programming and Interpretation plans. Develop and deliver audience-focused visitor programs in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Manage budgets, drive income, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and support property teams with seasonal programming.
- Experience working with partners to produce events related to arts, culture, or natural environment. - Creative leader connecting people with nature and places. - Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships. - Strong people skills. - Experience in analyzing audience data to improve ways to connect people to arts, culture, nature, or outdoors.
