Job Description

Jefferies Financial Group Inc. is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Corporate division across EMEA. The role involves providing senior HR advisory to the Corporate divisions team and working closely with all EMEA Heads, Divisional HRBPs, HR Specialist teams, and corporate partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute HR initiatives for Corporate regionally
  • Provide counsel to resolve HR issues for various departments
  • Act as an advisor to line managers on all human resources matters
  • Partner with global HR teams for various initiatives
  • Implement intern and graduate recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with HRBPs across functions and regions
  • Implement ongoing training and career development programs
  • Ensure HR operational processes are compliant with local regulations
  • Oversee HR projects involving changes to HR policies
  • Manage a HR Analyst including all reviews

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable HR experience within Financial Services or similar industries
  • Experience consulting with senior managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous work experience in a global firm with multiple time zones
  • Ability to work independently with high accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
