Responsibilities

Meet & greet customers
Assist customers with enquiries and purchases
Handle orders, refunds, and sales
Complete customer orders and repair forms
Maintain shop cleanliness and stock
Assist with end-of-day reports

Qualifications

Customer focused with excellent communication skills
Accurate, self-motivated, and good IT skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Experience in jewellery sales is desirable
