Job Description

We are hiring an Operations & Procurement Lead to oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, legal compliance, and HR functions. This role requires expertise in procurement, legal risk management, and HR policies to ensure the company?s operational, contractual, and talent management strategies align with its strategic goals.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for blockchain infrastructure, software, and operational needs.
Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with legal and financial guidelines.
Oversee vendor contracts, renewals, and performance metrics.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal counsel.
Manage legal risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating contractual liabilities.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Develop and maintain HR policies that align with company culture and legal standards.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations, working with legal counsel as needed.
Collaborate with leadership to develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in procurement, legal operations, contract management, or HR, preferably in tech or blockchain.
Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
Strong background in HR processes, employment law, and company culture development.
Experience working with legal teams on compliance, contracts, and risk management.
