Job Description

Join our AWESOME Operations Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort as an Operations Specialist until November 2025. Responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and training across the Resort.

Responsibilities

Manage systems, vendors, training materials, and compliance documentation
Lead a team of Operations Associates to drive operational performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans

Qualifications

Previous experience as an operational manager
High attention to detail
Solution-based approach to operational challenges
Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships
