Responsibilities

  • Support Resource and Planning team with employee administration

  • Conduct formal employee relations meetings
  • Ensure safety compliance reporting
  • Analyze data trends

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR processes or administration
  • Confident in facilitating employee relations meetings
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in recording data accurately
