Job Description

Seeking a highly experienced HR Systems Manager to oversee the development, integration, and ongoing management of HR and payroll systems within the People & OD Department. This role requires a strategic professional to optimize systems, enhance user experience, and support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of HR and payroll systems to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.
  • Lead system-related projects, improvements, and functionality optimization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and service providers for contract management and system enhancements.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR systems to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Develop system solutions with key stakeholders that align with business objectives.
  • Deliver training, guidance, and communication on system usage and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain employee data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Advanced expertise in HR and payroll systems, specifically iTrent.
  • Strong understanding of data protection laws and employee data management.
  • Broad HR knowledge including recruitment, reward systems, and payroll legislation.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Power BI, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Proven project management ability, effective planning, and system improvement leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to EDI principles.
