Seeking a qualified paediatric nurse to deliver complex care at children's homes. Join a team providing high-quality nursing care to children with complex health needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one clinical care for children with complex needs
Support with personal care routines in a dignified manner
Carry out nursing tasks such as tracheostomy care, catheter care, PEG feeding, injections, and medication administration
Work in partnership with families, case workers, and professionals
Document all care accurately and follow safeguarding protocols

Qualifications

Registered Children's Nurse (RNC/RGN with Paeds experience)
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Confident with clinical procedures in the community
Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Passionate about improving the lives of children and families
