Job Description

Join us as a Payroll Coordinator to support our outsourced payroll processes for 1,200 employees across 11 European countries at Genus.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of UK payroll services.
Respond to payroll-related queries.
Collaborate with various teams for smooth operations.
Process payroll transactions and conduct reconciliations.
Implement regulatory changes and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in UK payroll processing.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of EMEA Payroll processing.
