CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist who will be responsible for handling stakeholder enquires related to the Order-to-Cash process for the company's portfolio of brands. This role requires critical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration with various departments.
The Associate Finance Customer Contact Specialist will resolve stakeholder enquires on billing, contracts, and financial matters. This involves using CRM tools, communicating effectively, and working collaboratively across departments.
The ideal candidate should have a Degree level education or equivalent experience, customer service skills, proficiency in Excel, and additional language skills. Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
