Job Description

Join RSK Group as a HR Advisor to support the Technical Services Division. This role involves managing casework, projects, and providing HR support across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partners on projects and onboarding
Lead on disciplinaries, grievances, and employee relations matters
Mentor and support team members
Collaborate with Recruitment Teams
Manage contracts, personnel files, and payroll queries

Qualifications

Proven HR partnering experience
CIPD level 5 or relevant HR qualification
Strong knowledge of employment legislation
Experience in M&A and TUPE beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft packages
