Job Description

Join our team at GOsC as a Case Manager on a fixed-term contract of 7 months. Investigate and manage fitness to practise concerns and protection of title cases while upholding professional standards and public protection.

Responsibilities

Investigate and manage fitness to practise concerns from receipt to resolution.
Prepare case documentation, gather evidence, and make sound decisions.
Handle high-risk cases, escalate serious concerns, and support Interim Suspension Order applications.
Act as the primary contact for regulatory queries and manage correspondence.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritise work and progress caseload.
Good IT skills for producing bundles and using online platforms.
High attention to detail and ability to liaise with management effectively.
