Responsibilities

Proactively manage onboarding programs for enterprise-level customers

Consult on internal communications and engagement

Create success plans and influence adoption

Facilitate workshops on best practices

Conduct Executive Business Reviews

Build thought leadership on employee communication and engagement

Represent the Voice of the Customer by engaging with Product and Engineering teams

Qualifications

8+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or consulting experience

Experience in technology solution implementations

Experience in managing enterprise-level customers

Experience driving user adoption and renewal rates

Passionate about driving positive impact for customers
