Job Description

Join an exciting new joint venture as their first inhouse HR Business Partner, responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute people strategy aligned with business goals
Lead design and delivery of early careers programmes
Create and embed career progression frameworks and performance management processes
Develop and implement retention strategy for employee engagement
Provide expert HR advice and coaching to leadership teams
Champion and implement cultural initiatives
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in HR practices

Qualifications

Proven experience in standalone or senior HR generalist/HRBP role
Strong commercial acumen
Experience in building HR frameworks and policies from scratch
Deep understanding of employee engagement, development, and retention strategies
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Degree qualified with strong academic background
