Job Description

Join an exciting new joint venture as their first inhouse HR Business Partner, responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute people strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead design and delivery of early careers programmes
  • Create and embed career progression frameworks and performance management processes
  • Develop and implement retention strategy for employee engagement
  • Provide expert HR advice and coaching to leadership teams
  • Champion and implement cultural initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in HR practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in standalone or senior HR generalist/HRBP role
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience in building HR frameworks and policies from scratch
  • Deep understanding of employee engagement, development, and retention strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Degree qualified with strong academic background
