As the Welcome & Service Assistant, you will provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions, and ensure a memorable visit for all guests. This role involves delivering excellent customer service and being part of a small team at Sutton House.
Day to day, you'll deliver a great all-round customer service experience, answering queries, providing information, leading guided tours, working on events, social media promotion, compliance checks, and supporting the team.
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, a team player, well-organised, willing to learn new skills, and has a positive attitude.
