Job Description

Join our team as an HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle. This role involves working closely with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders in a global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, contractual changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support benefits administration, learning & development, and payroll processes.
  • Act as first point of contact for general HR queries and provide administrative support.
  • Contribute to HR projects, reports, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination role is desirable.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
